Hand-harvested, unprocessed, unwashed and unrefined, this naturally wet grade of Macrobiotic Sea Salt contains high levels of natural marine minerals and trace elements and is similar in colour, flavour and texture to Sel Gris, or French Grey Salts and Celtic Salts.
Macrobiotic Raw sea salt is commonly used as a curing salt for vegetables and protein as it contains all grades (crystal sizes) and therefore adheres well to natural surfaces. It can also be finely ground in a mortar and pestle for applications that require a finer texture.
Macrobiotic Fine sea salt is suitable for cooking, for the dinning table and for bathing and is an excellent and healthy table salt replacement.
Macrobiotic rock salt is suitable or cooking, for grinders and for bathing.
