A blend of two cool climate regions Canberra district and Hilltops.
These cool climate areas produce vibrant shiraz, offering amazing intensity of flavour, while still maintaining a medium body and fine structure.
Complex aromas of cherry, plum, and spicy French oak lead into a well balanced palate highlighted by fine tannins and excellent length of flavour.
This light shiraz is best enjoyed on it’s own, due to it’s minimal tannin and fruitfulness, and with a herbal palate, it’s sure to please!
Good with lamb skewers or lighter meat dishes.
This is a wine that offers immediate drinking appeal, but will also age gracefully over the next 5 to 10 years.
