Originally from Malaysia and with a background in communications and media, Rosemarie is curious, expressive and wears a big smile when flavours satisfy her palate.
Rosemarie not only loves experiencing great food, but also enjoys learning about where it comes from and how it was prepared.
Her blog, Travel and Beyond, founded together with her husband Joseph, focuses on places they have travelled to and features affordable luxury destinations, local food and culture.
Just like travel, food has taken her on many journeys, some delectable, some mundane, some delightful and some challenging—Rosemarie tried raw horse or basashi in Kumamoto once and surprisingly found it extremely appetising.
But at the end of it all, food journeys have always gladdened her soul.
