Wholesale Deliveries & Returns Policy
Wholesale Customers only
Urban Providore offers FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $350 (incl GST) to metropolitan ACT and NSW and selected regional areas in NSW.
Delivery Costs to ACT or NSW metropolitan and selected regional NSW on orders less than $350 are charged as follows:
- Orders over $150 (incl GST) but less than or equal to $349 (incl GST) are delivered for $10 plus GST.
- Orders under $149 (incl GST) are delivered for a fee of $15 plus GST
All other regional areas are charged at cost of freight as determined by Australia Post. Australia Post is our preferred freight partner. If you have a specific freight company you would like us to use, please advise at time of ordering, we will try to accommodate your preference.
Delivery to other Australian metropolitan areas i.e. Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin and Hobart will be at cost of freight as determined by Australia Post.
New Wholesale Customer
We distribute to our Metropolitan ACT business customers on the following days;
Canberra Northside including Hall, second and fourth week of the month on a Wednesday & Thursday
Canberra Southside including Queenbeyan, second and fourth week of the month on a Wednesday & Thursday
We distribute to our Metropolitan NSW business customers on the following days;
Sydney North Shore and Blue Mountains on the first and third week of the month on a Thursday & Friday
Sydney Central, Eastern Suburbs and Beachside on the first and third week of the month on a Thursday & Friday
We distribute to our Regional NSW business customers on the following days;
South Coast of NSW first week of the month on a Tuesday
Southern Highlands of NSW second week of the month on a Tuesday
NSW Snowy Mountains third week of the month on a Tuesday
Yas and Murrambateman fourth week of the month on a Tuesday
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders placed by COB on a Sunday night will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery to your area.
We make every effort to have your order to you as soon as we receive your order. If you require your order to be delivered outside of the scheduled delivery times for your area or your order is URGENT, please contact us on 0414 729 370 and let Dawn know. If we anticipate an order will be delayed we will contact you directly.
We use external couriers on occasion, where we use Australia Post it is possible to insure the goods for a guaranteed delivery. Please speak with our office if you would like to purchase this insurance.
Not Able to be Delivered
If you are not able to receive the goods at the arranged time/location or pay the account, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged for the full freight incurred to deliver and return to our warehouse. Please make arrangements with our office for delivery times/locations to avoid these unpleasant extra costs.
Out of Stock
We try to have everything in stock but it does happen that we run out of stock or the supplier has been unable to supply. We will make a note on your invoice of any back ordered stock and assume you would like to receive this item on your next order, or as soon as the item becomes available.
Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods
Please notify us of errors or goods damaged in transit within 72 hours of delivery. Urban Providore will collect the goods and revise your account to offer a credit note on your account or replace the product at no charge on your next order.
Returns and Credits
Urban Providore Australia will only process returns or claims within 72 hours of delivery. Please feel free to contact us directly on email or phone and we will promptly help resolve any difficulties.
