Delivery & Returns for Online Shoppers
All online orders are sent from our warehouse in Fyshwick in the ACT.
The day you make your order, it will be allocated to the warehouse to be picked and packed the following day and then assigned for dispatch the following business day.
In the ACT delivery can occur on the day of dispatch but it is preferable to allow 24 hours to avoid disappointment.
As an example if you place an order for a gift hamper on Sunday afternoon. We will create and pack your order on Monday. The courier will collect Tuesday morning and the delivery will be made that day or on Wednesday, in the ACT.
Dont forget to communicate with us
When you place your order please be sure to pop any instructions in the notes section;
Please include a preferred delivery date and we can do all we can to work to ensuring our freight providers meet that deadline, or communicate to you your options.
For example if the item is for a birthday, pop in the date of the birthday and we will do all we can to have the products arrive on time.
If you wish to include a card in the delivery with a note from you, please purchase a gift card for $5 from our range and then write your message in the notes section.
If you receive a product that you are not happy with please contact us via email, text or phone. It is costly to freight back a product for a return or refund, so we find it is best we discuss your concerns with you and arrange a solution together.
